We are composing a statement, to be stored alongside the Time Cells, in both analogue and digital forms, and in different languages, which will encapsulate succinctly and explicity our aims and our expectations of future generations that have chosen to access the Time Cells.

This Statement will be published here first when completed to our satisfaction, for the examination and critical opinions of the members of The Horizon Project.
